Since 1986, Mr. Dunning has played an active role in acquiring and leading various media companies in the business-to-business and consumer marketplaces. He has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Ziff Davis Media, Inc., Chairman of USA Pubs, Inc., Chairman and CEO of Petersen EMAP PLC, Chairman, President and CEO of The Petersen Companies, Inc., Chairman and CEO of Transwestern Publishing, Inc., Chairman of SRDS, Inc., Chairman, President and CEO of Multi-Local Media, Inc., SVP and Director of Corporate Finance for Thomson McKinnon Securities, Inc., and President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Publishers of Rolling Stone.
MAGNUS GREAVES
Founder
Magnus Greaves established Doubledown Media, LLC in 2004, launching Trader Monthly soon thereafter. Greaves previously founded Macfutures, a company providing infrastructure, financing and training for traders transitioning from pit trading to the electronic environment. Within two years, 25 percent of futures contracts traded in Europe were cleared over the Macfutures platform. Greaves previously served as a trader with UBS in London.
RANDALL LANE
Chief Executive Officer
Randall Lane is the founding Editor-in-Chief of Trader Monthly and Dealmaker magazines, and President of Doubledown Media, LLC. Lane was previously the co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of P.O.V. Magazine, and the Washington bureau chief for Forbes magazine. For six years, he was a commentator on CNN-FN, and he has written about the financial world for many newspapers and magazines including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Inc. and Worth. His work as a food and beverage writer for Time Out New York has been nominated for a National Magazine Award.
WILKIE BUSHBY
Group Publisher, Senior Vice President of Global Sales
Wilkie Bushby is Group Publisher and Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Doubledown Media, LLC. Bushby was previously Publisher of Traditional Home and Renovation Style magazines. He spent 11 years in various sales positions at the Hearst Corporation, where he established the Detroit office for Cosmopolitan and increased the market share two years in a row, subsequently becoming the magazine's New York Manager.
JOHN ORR
Senior Vice President, Finance
Until September of 2008, John Orr was the CFO of Jobson Publishing LLC, a $110 million media company that he helped sell in 2005 to Dealmaker profile subject Carter Bales and his Wicks Group. While at Jobson, he was instrumental in over $100 million worth of acquisitions, secured large credit lines and overhauled their finance operations. Before his 13-year run at Jobson, John rose rapidly through the finance department of Sterling Winthrop, a $2 billion subsidiary of Eastman Kodak. He has a BA in accounting, an MBA in finance and is a CPA.

Paul Fish is Chief Financial Officer of Doubledown Media, LLC. Fish most recently worked with the Dazed Media Group (Dazed and Confused magazine), after co-founding and launching Radar Magazine, where he developed and managed the business operations of the company, including capital investment and communications with outside shareholders. He served as CFO and Director of Dennis Publishing, Inc. (publisher of publish Maxim, Stuff, Blender, and The Week), where he expanded the start-up into a multi-media powerhouse with 250 employees and revenues approaching $250 million.
PATRICK SHANNON
President, Access & Influence (A&I)
Patrick Shannon is President of A&I Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Doubledown Media, LLC. He is responsible for the creation and packaging of fully integrated sports and entertainment lifestyle marketing programs - including Wall Street Boxing, Golf and Poker, among others. Previously, Shannon served as Senior Vice President at Octagon, one the world's leading sports marketing companies. Shannon led the corporate sales team at Primedia from 2001-2003, and also served Vice President/General Manager, Marketing Network for the Petersen Companies. Shannon has held executive positions with NFL Properties, Nestle, and IBM.
MATT MELUCCI
President, Digital Strategy
Matt Melucci leads Doubledown Media's private online network initiative. He was previously a Product Lead working in the think tank at Turner Broadcasting Systems, and before that served as Director of Online Strategy at Beliefnet.com, the world's largest spirituality community. There he helped double traffic during his two-year tenure to 11 million unique users a month. Prior to that, Melucci was Co-Owner and Vice President for Partnerships at HouseParty.com, a social networking pioneer with clients including Nickelodeon Networks and NBC/Universal, that boasted more than 1 million unique monthly users and profitably created marketing buzz for entertainment brands. He was also Vice President and Chief Editor at Katrillion.com, an AOL partner that was one of the first teen social networks, and Vice President and Managing Editor of MTV's Sonicnet.com, which under his editorial leadership won the Webby award as the Best Music Site in 1997 and 1999.
NORA PASTENKOS
Circulation Director
Nora Pastenkos is responsible for all circulation marketing efforts, budget and analysis for single copy sales, audience retention and acquisition as well as database planning and maintenance. Previously she managed 8 magazines for Jobson Medical Information,– a leading healthcare publishing and marketing company.
